Dr David Kirsch, Managing Partner
Dr Kirsch is a trusted advisor, strategist, technologist, leader, researcher, academic and agent of change who has helped shape strategy and direction for governments, agencies, banks, hospitals, private enterprises, and entrepreneurs in Canada and abroad for over 30 years. He has had leading roles in strategy, planning, implementation and operation of projects/programs to provide secure access, data protection, and processing for taxation, finance, policing, defence, transportation, healthcare, GIS, and other mission critical systems. His areas of expertise include informatics, health informatics, strategic planning, policy, business transformation, project management, enterprise architecture, research, program delivery, problem resolution, program evaluation, health, e-health, security, risk mitigation, assurance, accountability and GIS. Academically, he has taught health policy and management courses including health informatics, decision making and decision support systems, leadership, health technology assessment, and research methods/statistics.
